Our infused honey is raw. It is made with just combining the herbs and flowers into our spring honey and wait a few weeks. The infusion creates a delicious honey that it not overpowering, just a delicate mild flavor in the honey. Comes in a 3.5oz glass jar. The 6oz lavender will come in a plastic squeeze bottle.
