This is pure raw honey that has over time naturally granulated. Some customers prefer it this way. It’s easier to spoon into your tea this way. Our honey is our own. We are beekeepers from Cato, New York.
Naturally granulated honey has never been heated or filtered, and is in it’s natural, thick, creamy state. It’s great for spreading on toast, sandwiches or your tea. It retains all the trace vitamins, minerals, enzymes, flavors and aromas of fresh raw wildflower honey as well as tiny bits of pollen, propolis, and beeswax.
